Solma ("we", "our", "the app") is a palm reading and daily insight application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect

When you use Solma, we may collect the following information:

• Palm images — Photos of your palm taken through the app's camera. These are used solely to generate your palm reading.
• Birth details — Date of birth, birth time, and birth location you optionally provide to personalize your daily insights.
• Life focus preference — The topic area you select (e.g. career, love, health) to tailor your readings.
• Device identifier — A unique anonymous identifier used for account management. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized palm reading and daily insights.
• To store your reading history so you can revisit past insights.
• To manage your subscription status.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party AI Processing

Solma uses Google's Gemini AI to analyze your palm photo and generate personalized readings and daily insights. When you use these features, the following data is sent to Google's servers:

• Palm photo — sent for visual analysis of hand lines and shape.
• Birth date and time — used to compute astrological context for your readings.
• Reading context — current moon phase, life focus preference, and recent insight history to maintain narrative continuity.

This data is transmitted securely over an encrypted connection. Google processes the data solely to generate your reading and does not use it to train AI models. We obtain your explicit consent before sending any data to Google's AI service. No data is shared with any other third party for AI processing.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers and on your device. Palm images are processed to generate your reading and stored to display your profile. You can delete your readings at any time from within the app.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Daily insights older than 90 days may be automatically removed. You can delete individual readings from the app at any time.

Children's Privacy

Solma is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your readings and palm data from within the app.
• Stop using the app at any time, which ceases all data collection.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
